Metatarsal boots group buy — which supplier, wide sizes confirmed?

Committee got three quotes for the ASTM Mt-rated boots. Cheapest one will not confirm wide sizes are in stock before the order closes, which is a dealbreaker for a chunk of us on the floor. Leaning toward the second quote even though it is $6 more a pair — thoughts before we lock it in Thursday?

Wide sizes matter more than six bucks. Vote for the second quote — burned by the cheap ones before, they fell apart in four months.
