Tool library — inventory + how borrowing works

Current shelf: two drills, circular saw, ladder (6ft), dolly, pipe wrench set, stud finder, and the new drill press from the expansion pool. Borrowing: post in #tool-library, take it, mark the sheet, bring it back working. Broken-in-good-faith is fine — that is what the repair kitty is for. Hoarding is not; looking at whoever had the stud finder since May.

...returning the stud finder tonight. In my defense, I found a LOT of studs.
