This thread is our **evidence file** — it wins repairs and it wins in court. The discipline: (1) date-stamped photo or video, (2) the maintenance ticket number EVERY time you report — no ticket, no record, so always get the number, (3) one line on the impact ('no hot water, kids bathed at grandma's'). Post it all here. Boring, relentless documentation is how tenants win.
