Notes from Tuesday (14 units represented, quorum met): (1) escrow authorization passed — see the campaign page, (2) AC bulk buy approved for the heat-wave units, (3) workshop series dates locked, flyers at the mailbox wall. Next meeting first Tuesday of August, community room, 7pm. Bring a neighbor — every new unit at the table makes every demand heavier.
