Elmwood Park Neighborhood Association

Elmwood Park Neighborhood Association is roughly 300 households organized around the things that make a neighborhood a neighborhood: block parties, a shared tool library, traffic and safety advocacy to the city, and neighbors looking out for neighbors. We run a small dues-funded events budget, petition the city when a crosswalk is overdue, and aggregate neighbor-scale bulk orders — mulch, salt, tents — so nobody pays retail alone. Homeowner and renter, longtime and new, one street at a time.
